this is an open house or a buyer viewing the home individually, these
moments can make or break a sale. Its no secret that the easier it is to show a home the more traffic it will get. When a buyer is ready to see a home they are interested in that moment. It is important to make sure that the appointment is set during any buyers peak interest. If a day or more passes before the buyer can see the home, it becomes much harder to get them in to see the home. |
